Prepare Property For Rent

To ensure smooth transition between tenants, we do walk through inspections before and after a property is occupied. We document the condition of the property at move-in and move-out, and take care of the necessary repairs, to the extent owner desires.

Walk Through Inspections

We offer periodic inspections throughout the occupancy of units at the owner’s request. This will ensure the property is stable and in the same condition in which it was rented to the tenant on move in.
