Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Yes. Owners may review lease agreements before they are signed. Lease execution is typically handled by us on your behalf unless you request otherwise. -
Do you also sell real estate?
Some property management firms, including ours, also provide sales services. If you are interested in buying or selling, we’re happy to discuss available options. -
When and how do I receive my payments?
Owner disbursements are typically made via direct deposit (or check if preferred) after rent is collected and expenses are processed, following a regular schedule. -
How is rent collection handled?
We encourage tenants to pay online through their secure portal but also accept traditional payment methods. Late payments are addressed in accordance with lease terms. -
What is the standard lease length?
